Collection of Information
In order to use the Advert.com.au Billing Services (Advert), we require information relating to your Internet Merchant Facility (including your Merchant Number, Terminal ID and/orSettlement Account, depending on your merchant bank), Company Details, Contact Details, and Payment Details. Company details may include your company name, website, email address, type of business and ABN. Contact details may include your name, email address, telephone number and address. Payment details may include credit card details and/or direct debit details. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Advert is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, or directly through our website. Any Internet Merchant Facility, Company Details, Contact Details, and Payment Details collected from Advert customers is required Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Advert does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
Affiliate Program
Affiliates that join this program receive monetary compensation for any new Advert merchants that they refer. Any information collected by these affiliates is outside the scope of this privacy policy.

If you use the Advert forum on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

Advert provides free‐of‐charge a directory for associated partners to join. This is a process initiated and completed entirely by the partner, with all information submitted by the partner.
